This questionnaire is designed to aid us in the potential placing of a Golden Retriever puppy into your home that will be compatible with your family and lifestyle. It may also help in areas where you may need information and guidance. If you would like to pursue the possibility of obtaining a puppy, please complete this form. In order to be considered you must:

  1. Be 18 years old or older
  2. Have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household
  3. Understand that completing this application does not guarantee that you will get a puppy as your application must be approved by Limitless Goldens

This is NOT a test! Our puppies make great pets for first time dog owners, as well as experienced professionals. We are here to help you if this is your first dog.
